When a student enrolls with Global Student Network, their family is free to choose the curriculum that best fits the student’s learning style and the family schedule. GSN offers SEVEN comprehensive curriculum programs that address family and individual student needs whether that student requires a program that promotes hands-on learning, a high-school level virtual science lab, or a Bible-based curriculum choice.
The most unique feature GSN offers is the ability for a parent to select courses from various grade or ability levels. This is a HUGE benefit when it comes to designing an education path to specific to your individual student. If your child really needs to enroll in a 7th grade math level and at the same time take a 5th grade science level class, you are free to choose that route. You, as the parent and teacher, have complete autonomy.
GSN Offers Homeschool Families a Viable Alternative to Public School
Global Student Network’s only business is that of providing online curriculum. We supply educational tools to families working to provide their children with a high-quality alternative to traditional online public school venues. We are not connected to any public school or public school district. Each GSN homeschool family is personally responsible for meeting all homeschooling requirements established by their local school district or public school. The great news is that GSN’s homeschool families are free to design a unique learning experience for their own children – a learning experience that matches their family’s beliefs and academic goals and is not tied into the public school system. While some online public schools do utilize GSN’s online curriculum in their programming, GSN’s homeschool families work entirely under GSN’s homeschool umbrella – completely independent of their local public school system.
GSN Offers Flexible Enrollment Schedules
One of the most exciting features of GSN’s enrollment process is that students can start learning at any time of the year. There is no set enrollment date. Homeschool families love this option because it gives them the opportunity to align their student’s learning schedule with the family’s work and/or travel schedule.
GSN’s Certified Teacher Option
If you decide that you are not able, or qualified, to serve as the teacher for your homeschooled children, GSN also has a fully accredited, online K-12 school facilitated by a qualified staff of fully certified teachers. Each class of twenty or fewer students is supported by one teacher and each student in the class is supported by a mentor assigned to work closely with the student’s family.
