Atlantic Cape Community College is a comprehensive, two-year college offering flexible, affordable learning for students of all ages for nearly 50 years. Atlantic Cape serves residents of Atlantic and Cape May counties at three full-service campuses in Mays Landing, Atlantic City and Cape May Court House. For a complete look at Atlantic Cape, please visit our website at atlantic.edu.
Atlantic Cape offers 47-degree programs and 12 online degrees. Atlantic Cape also offers transfer agreements with nearly 40 colleges and universities nationwide, including Rutgers University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rowan University, Drexel University, Seton Hall University, Rider University, Wilmington University and Stockton University, among others.
Atlantic Cape recognizes that transferring to a four-year institution to attain a bachelor’s degree is the priority of many students. This is why we continue to increase pathways to senior institutions. Atlantic Cape and Stockton University have a conditional dual admission agreement. Atlantic and Cape May County students who are denied admission to Stockton directly out of high school are offered conditional admission as a transfer student to Stockton. First time Atlantic Cape students also have the opportunity to be conditionally admitted to Stockton. Atlantic Cape and Rutgers University have a conditional dual admission agreement for four degree programs: Public Health, Public Policy, Planning and Public Policy and Urban Planning and Design.
The state-of-the-art Cape May County Campus recently celebrated its 10th Anniversary. Located at 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, the 68,000-square-foot building features an information commons, including a library and computer lab with 30 workstations, tutoring and testing centers. The campus is easily accessible by NJ Transit and Cape May County Fare Free.
The Worthington Atlantic City Campus is home to the Casino Career Institute, located within the Caesars Entertainment Wing for Hospitality and Gaming Studies, which includes a mock casino floor and slot machines, along with culinary training and baking and pastry training programs. The Health Professions Institute, where students train for careers in allied and auxiliary health fields, is also located within the Atlantic City Campus. Credit and noncredit classes are offered, along with professional workshops and short-term career training programs.
The Mays Landing Campus, which encompasses 541 acres in New Jersey’s picturesque Pinelands, houses several academic buildings, the Academy of Culinary Arts with eight training kitchens and a full-service gourmet restaurant and an organic greenhouse. Athletic facilities include the Jonathan Pitney Gym, softball and soccer fields and a fitness center. The Walter E. Edge Theater, library and dance studio are also housed at the Mays Landing Campus. The new Science, Technology, Engineering and Math building opened in spring 2015.
